Delete my data

Use this page to request deletion of personal data ProPitch holds about you. This request focuses on your data; it does not automatically close your account.

Data you can ask us to delete

• Profile details beyond what is needed to keep the account (e.g. display name, optional phone)
• Location history used for nearby search (if any was stored)
• Push tokens and notification preferences
• Other optional personal information we collected from you

What we may retain

We may retain booking codes, payment references, and related transaction records for accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution (typically up to 6 years), as described in our Privacy Policy. Where the law requires retention, we limit use of that data to those purposes.

How to request data deletion

Complete the form below to email privacy@propitch.ng. We aim to process verified requests within 30 days.
