What ProPitch is

A marketplace for booking football pitches and gym memberships across Nigeria.

  1. 1Browse pitches and gyms on the web or mobile app — no sign-in needed.
  2. 2Venues are pitch-only, gym-only, or a combo of both.
  3. 3Four roles use the platform: bookers, owners, attendants, and ProPitch admins.
  4. 4Everything — discovery, booking, payment, tracking — happens in one place.
For bookers

Book a pitch or join a gym

Find a venue, pick a slot, pay, and track it — accounts are optional.

  1. 1Search by location or name on the landing page or in the app.
  2. 2Open a venue to see photos, amenities, freebies, and prices.
  3. 3Pick a date, a time slot, and a 1-hour or 2-hour duration.
  4. 4Check out as a guest with just your name, email, and phone — or tick 'create an account'.
  5. 5Review the price breakdown: pitch price + 5% service fee (capped at ₦1,000) = total.
  6. 6Pay securely via Paystack; your slot is held for 15 minutes while you pay.
  7. 7Get a unique tracking code (e.g. PF-ZD22ZT) the moment payment succeeds.
  8. 8Track any booking from the Track page — it shows venue, address, timeslot, live countdown, and status.
  9. 9Book a whole season at once (e.g. every Sunday 7–11am for a year) with one payment and one tracking code.
  10. 10Join a gym by picking a plan; you'll get a membership ID (GM-XXXXXX) and monthly auto-renew.
  11. 11Registered on-site without the app? Link that membership later in the app under My Memberships → Link.
For owners

List and run your venue

Register your facility, get your own subdomain, and manage everything from a dashboard.

  1. 1Sign up and register your facility with name, location, photos, pricing, and facility type.
  2. 2Wait for ProPitch Admin approval — new venues start as pending.
  3. 3Once approved, get your own workspace subdomain (e.g. your-venue.propitch.ng).
  4. 4From the dashboard, manage photos, prices, operating hours, blockouts, and add-ons.
  5. 5Offer freebies (water, bibs, refereeing) and paid add-ons (video recording).
  6. 6Create gym membership plans with names, prices, and benefits when gym is enabled.
  7. 7Pick your plan: Pay-as-you-go (free, 10% commission) or Pro (₦12,000/mo, 5% commission).
  8. 8See every gym member — app-joined and on-site — with counts per venue.
  9. 9Send payment and renewal reminders individually or in bulk for expiring memberships.
For attendants

Handle on-site customers

Staff accounts for booking walk-ins and registering cash gym members.

  1. 1Log in with the attendant account your owner created for you.
  2. 2Book walk-in customers on-site — cash is paid in person and the slot is confirmed instantly.
  3. 3Walk-in bookings carry no platform fees, and still get a tracking code.
  4. 4Register on-site gym members for cash — they get a GM-XXXXXX code, no app needed.
  5. 5View all members (on-site vs app-joined), filter them, and send reminders.
For ProPitch admins

Approve and oversee

The platform team keeps the marketplace healthy.

  1. 1Review and approve or reject new owner sign-ups.
  2. 2See all owners, their venues, booking counts, and membership counts.
  3. 3Suspend any venue that breaks the rules.
Payments & pricing

How money moves

Transparent fees, automatic payouts, and free cash walk-ins.

  1. 1Bookers pay a 5% service fee, capped at ₦1,000 per slot, shown upfront at checkout.
  2. 2Owners pay 10% commission on Pay-as-you-go, or 5% on the Pro plan.
  3. 3Gym memberships carry a 5% commission on monthly renewals — no extra fee to members.
  4. 4Cash walk-ins booked by attendants are completely free of platform fees.
  5. 5With a Paystack subaccount, payouts split automatically: owner gets their share, ProPitch keeps the fee + commission.
  6. 6Every payment is logged with a reference, amount, and status you can reconcile.
Booking lifecycle

What each booking status means

The Track page updates live — "Starts in 3 hours", "In progress", or "Expired".

PendingSlot held, awaiting payment.
ConfirmedPaid — slot locked in.
CompletedThe slot time has passed.
ExpiredHold timed out without payment.
CancelledRefunded or manually cancelled.
